Another profitable trade to the tune of +29.50 points.
Trading record Year to Date:
Trades: 7
Wins: 5
Total profit = 135.75 pts
or $6,787.50 PER CONTRACT
You can say what you want about me, my politics, or my moderating style, but you will have a tough time recalling someone in this thread who has posted a string of (mostly) day trades like this, complete with entry, stop and exit.

Are there any real, honest to goodness, successful TRADERS reading this thread? Guys who rarely hold overnight or past 5pm ET when it comes to futures...but don't trade more than once or twice a day on average...
Anyone?

BTW, speaking of OPTIONS, I don't know if you guys recall, but I showed a profit over an entire year's worth of trading options (only 12 trades, one a month LOL) on this sub-forum back in 2015:
Final Score - http://www.paceadvantage.com/forum/s...83#post1920183
I've (almost) made in 7 trades this year what it took an entire year (12 trades) to make back in 2015...so 2015 was nothing to write home about, but it was a profit...so there's that...

this showed up today
on march 21, 2022, both Nancy Pelosi and John Gottheimer bought Tesla. both these congressmen had perfect timing on their purchase, the very next day the stock jumped 8%.
let me you this, when i grow up, i want to become a congressman.

Marjorie Taylor Greene should have bought John Deer instead of Caterpillar.
i have the feeling that Deer has better wheat planting machines than CAT.
Marjorie
basically spends $30,000 or less. these other guys trade in millions though.
other people i am going to start following are going to be John Rutherford, Ron Estes, and Virginia Fox.. they are all big traders.. the truth of the matter is that with all their trading, i have no idea how they find time to do their daytime job. .

the real added insult is that these congressmen get paid $174,000 per year plus all their expenses which might include travel, real estate, and food.(not sure on this though)

corrredtion, Pelosi exercised her options on the stock.. so i thought about it and went back on the website that gives me the info to find out when she bought the option. i went back the past year and could not find the date. i might have missed something, but if i didn't it leaves me to believe that she had some type of a restricted offering where the option does not decay with time like employee options or warrants that have a much larger time frame to exercise,

now as most have probably figured out by now, the website that i am using only goes back 365 days. this might be the reason why i can't find all of the original transactions.
there are some congressmen that trade tons of stock on a daily basis. and they are betting high.
another question i am sure one has now is when the info came out on the Tesla trade, it came out after the close on March 22, 2022, so that none of us could have ever participated in this beautiful run-up in the stock. i am sticking with this to try to figure out if thee are some scraps on the floor for me to pick up when i am late to the party. i am open to any suggestions because i think i am just wasting my time with this, and i should invest more time into picking horse winners.

Please dont quit Lamb...the info you post is interesting....
As for Tesla and every other stock.....
The 15th is when everything started to take off
and Tesla passed the 20-50-200 day average by the 22nd and it was at a high
last year of $1200
maybe it has the highest possible gain for the future compared to other stocks...
Keep it up!!!
Mike

the way these guys are trading, it might be that instead of letting the markets fall now, they are going to try to prop it up until the end of this year when Republicans take over both the house and senate and they will try to blame the depression on them in 2023, that being said, this bounce in the past week, has been a very weak one and the lows will probably get tested again in another month.

the reason why i started following the congressional trades was when i learned about DWAC from a Marjorie Taylor Greene trade. she is not that big an investor, but for what her bankroll was, she stepped up to the plate on this one. this is the Trump Media Company... i wound up with a 40 point gain in a week with that mirrored buy. i sold to soon! so naturally i am going to look for something like that the rest of my life.
the sentiment from the house of reps vs. the S+P is positive but not that earth-shattering in total.
if there is anything i have learned in life is that when you bet on anything, sports, horse racing, equity markets, you can't let yourself get wrapped up in emotions when making your bets. and you have to recognize when you are wrong. i am wrong plenty of times. and hopefully will be wrong another million times in my life..
