Not sure...I know these channels regularly get "strikes" for content...or get demonetized...since I don't run a YouTube channel, i don't know the ins and outs, but I assume setting all the videos on your channel to PRIVATE isn't something one wants to do willingly, especially when one strives to get as many views as possible because that leads to more $$$ (usually)
