Not familiar with the term "bet in the run". What does this mean?

Betting while the race is being run aka in-running wagering.

I am looking for someone who attends meetings. That person will relay information to me whilst the race is being run and I will bet on the race.
All profits I make will be divided equally with the person who attends the races

I assume you want someone on track b/c of the slight delay in the signal? Curious, how much is bet "in race" on a typical CT race?

Yes I want someone on trck because I get an advantage of about 3 seconds over everyone else.
The amount bet differs wildly fro race to race although profit should be around $100 per race.
Other tracks that I can bet on are Tampa Bay, Turf Paradise,Penn National, Aqueduct and Saratoga

Am I understanding you correctly? You want someone to help you, on average, lower our mutuels at tracks you have a way of exploiting an advantage not available to the average wagerer?

In running wagering doesn’t effect the tote odds at all.

He.s looking for an edge, having someone on site for in running wagering is an edge.

Wagers are made on betfair and do not affect your pools at all

Will the on-track partner be responsible for any of the losses...should they accrue?

Thumbs up Keeneland

I'd be Keen on doing that for Keeneland.

I'd apologize for the pun but that would be a very insincere apology.

I live a few miles away from Keeneland and I go often when it is in its rather short season.

Just let me know if there is interest.

BTW. Will you be sharing with all of us on Pace Advantage what bets you are making? I'd be interested in following the outcome.
