I hadn't logged in to HPI in ages, but just did and everything looked like it should work - could move around the site normally, queued a bet, etc.
Will check Hong Kong later tonight.
Not sure if that helps any ...

I'm finding problems recently with the HPI site as well. The video screen which can display 4 tracks (1 track on main large screen 3 others minimize) now plays audio for all 4 tracks at same time instead of just the 1 main screen... very annoying. Also the pull-down for selecting tracks for video somehow gets hidden and only displays few.

I have an issue where the video in the largest of the 4 displays will hang consistently. If I move that track to one of the bottom 3 slots, no issue...but whichever one I move to the top then begins to freeze.
On my phone, it will often say "no tracks available" even though it is the middle of the day
Life is great when you have a monopoly...I actually wager less because their site is a PITA

Yeah, there is something wrong with the video feed. It takes a few tries to get it to actually start and when it does it stalls. I find if I click in the video frame it will start/restart. Replay videos seem fine and the balance of the interface is still okay for me.

What browser are you folks using?
I have found that since the "upgrade", CHROME is working well

Chrome, IE, Edge, Safari, and Firefox all use different engines. Chrome has 60% of the browser market so it's a good bet that most sites will work with it. Since Firefox 66, video in general has been problematic for me especially when it has to display Flash video. I have ameliorated some issues by removing Ad Block Plus, but I suspect that more tweaks need to be done. I don't use HPI, so maybe try using Chrome to see if that fixes the problem. The new M$ Edge browser will be using the Chromium (Chrome) engine so that could be an option in the future.

Everything works perfectly for me in Chrome except the video. I installed Safari and it runs the video but has some quirks. If i close the video without closing the track running in the main screen i will still hear the audio? The site is very laggy in Safari.

Ever the odd one, I am using Opera which uses the Chrome engine but I still have some issues with the live feed. It just refuses to start. If I retry several times, click inside the video frame several times, it finally starts and then will run all day. Once in a while it will pause but, again, clicking inside the video frame restarts the feed. I just have to remember to get the video started 10 minutes before racing starts.

"use hardware acceleration when available".
