My money is on both, she reminds me of my mother who hit the high alcohol content wine and Prozac hard after my step dad died. I was stunned she even lasted a year, like Kamala she was loaded every waking hour. Kamala can be nowhere near as dumb as she presents herself or she would not have graduated High School, let alone Law School. Her morning orange juice is probably 50% Smirnoff black label and she makes it in a 44 oz Big Gulp cup.
