Wayne Allyn Root can figure anything out. when i knew him he had a sports service that gave out the winners. he had a great deal, he would give out a game, if it didn't win against the line he would give you back your money... what he didn't tell you is he got as many people to call him for the winner as he could find, then he gave half the people that called the winner the other half unfortunately got the loser. he repeated the process over and over again until he ran out of new people to keep the plan going.
