I have been a member here since I do not know when - although I bet YOU do. It has become my "horse racing home." The people I have met because of your efforts have truly molded and shaped the course of my life.

I'll second Dave's sentiments.
This is absolutely the best place to hang your handicapping hat and call home.
I too, have connected with a fair number of outstanding individuals, Dave Schwartz among them.

Well . . . would like to suggest a change: General Topics should not appear intermingled with horse racing. Make General Topics a separate component.

There were several incarnations of this forum BEFORE that date. I am guessing that it is like 1994 or 1995.

As a relative newbie, I'd like to second the thoughts and expressions of both Dave and Jay. There is more worthwhile, informative, interesting posts on this forum in one day than there are in most other "Racing" forums in a month.
It's people like Dave & Jay and many others that make this place the best Horseracing forum around.
