Baffert is not cheating with what he tested positive for. Read the Servis and Navarro transcripts and ask yourself that if these two imbeciles got away with what they did they surely there are others who aren't as stupid getting away with it. Undetectable. Get it?

No at all. Your previous post said something about somebody stealing $500 and $5,000,000. Should they get the same time. Actually people who rob banks and get $500 get much more prison time than white collar criminals who steal millions in most cases. That's our fine legal system at work. As far as your drug analogy goes. I agree the big smuggler should get more time but that has nothing to do with the topic. Baffert has been caught 29 times in over 40 years in the sport. I wouldn't call that excessive. I have no problem with him being suspended and his horse being DQ'd . I just think banning him from the sport for 2 years is excessive considering the drugs in question weren't even performance enhancing.

There are sentencing guidelines.

I never said that! You guys seem to want to hold Baffert to another standard than the other trainers.

No change of subject. Andy lumped Cox in with Baffert, just asking why. Based on what.

Fine lets apply the same standard universally. Baffert first! Then we will go down the list.

Of course but do you think it's only Baffert. What about Pletcher, Asmussen or Brown. Do you not think they have access to this information and use it to their benefit? Why only hold Baffert to it and for some reason you put Brad Cox in there. Do you not think these other trainers have had 'Worldly" performances from some of their horses? Of course they do. Brown takes average horses from Europe and they become stars here.

It's the jury who decides guilt or innocence in most cases, sometimes a judge. That is the law!. Just because you're charged and prosecuted doesn't mean your guilty. There are a lot of innocent people in jail.

Except that will never happen. There will be no one left if they do. You guys are naive.

If you don't think the jury can disregard the law for personal bias, you have some growing up to do.
