Dropping off a win is possibly the criteria.

Yes dropping in claiming price off a win is right --but must also be racing back within 45 days

"Alarming Drop" sounds like the same thing as Negative Class Drop?

Another BRIS stat I've seen a lot recently is "Mdn Win L/R." Can't find the definition for this one...can anyone tell me what the L/R means?

Here's an "alarming drop" that I spotted yesterday in the 10th at Saratoga. The #2 Big Creek dropped from the 1 million purse Queens Plate up at Woodbine into a 20K Claimer. Before that was in two other stakes races and didn't do that badly. Todd Pletcher trainer. (link to program below)

Went off as the favorite at 2.65 to 1 and finished 10th of 11 beaten over 24 lengths. (chart below)

Seems like Brisnet has been adding more and different comments lately. I've seen quite a few new ones.

This comment for Big Creek seems new to me.

"Showed declining form and speed (on AW) in last start"

Big Creek was a 300K purchase and had only made 56K of that back, had only had 8 races and was a 3 yr old. The whole thing just screamed to me "we are dumping this horse if anybody wants it"

He got claimed from that race and his new trainer is Randy Persuad so we'll see what happens from here.
