Couple of Maidens are showing some trainer moves that sometimes signal a serious win effort.

Race #2 MY DANZIG PARTNER 15-1 just blew out a half--then, as Mike Tyson said "faded into Bolivia"
His trainer is decent...and shows a flat bet profit in this situation.

On to Race #3--an even lower-level Maiden claimer VIDARR 10-1 also shows that same early blowout/fade pattern--drops and comes back in 13 days for a decent trainer.

Trying to figure out what a trainer is doing is a crap shoot--but I'll stick some money on these two to win.

I got an email from a new user:

"Hi greg Received the program Saturday and been testing it. I'm excited what I've seen.." He was wondering if I could help him out figuring which tracks to play, and which to avoid.

I answered "Certain tracks I've never done well with. GFX, Emerald, Ellis, Lone Star are at the top of my tracks to avoid list. After awhile you just get a feel for it. Also Monmouth. There are too many tracks to play--so I just don't play the ones I'm not confident at.

Then I'll have a user email me saying he had a $50 WINNER at one of those tracks, or something. I used to have unlimited data access @ Bris...so I could check the tracks I did well at. Santa Anita and Del Mar, Aqueduct, Finger Lakes, are good--Saratoga is not. You'll get a feel for what's working and where after awhile. Try to keep a record of your bets and where---if you have Twinspires, they do it for you- and everything you want to know is there, with a few clicks.


You can find out which tracks you're doing well with win bets, exotics, etc. Pretty cool feature.

Just got off the phone with a gentleman who nailed that huge early pick-3 @ BELMONT with PLATINUM. All three races were 1 mile--he played the top Speed Blast in all three.

Yes, early speed is vitally important @ 1 mile--as well as sprints.
