The KING rules
We need an executive order to abolish Congress. This would save BILLIONS and do away with pork legislation. Congress writes laws and spend thousands of people hours deciding the exact wording. Once both the House and the Senate agree and pass the legislation, it goes to the president to sign. If the president decides they do not like it, they veto it. Then Congress can over ride the veto woth a two thirds majority and make it federal law.
Until that nice uncle Joe comes along and writes an executive order, saying we will not follow that law....

Yes, there are Rules and Laws.
However, Bureaucrats interpret them into different words and sentences for their convenience of application and the resulting guidelines may never have been intended by Congress.
Unless challenged in Court, those Bureaucratic interpretations may rule the roost for years.

Precisely what executive order has "uncle Joe" written saying we will not follow precisely what law?

Paris Climate Treaty? Seems like he has stiff-armed the Senate's duty to approve treaties.

Honestly "Uncle Joe" did not write any of the EO's... we all can agree on that. But he has been signing them at a recorded pace. That would of had the media screaming DICTATOR had President Trump done it. But seeing as Joe it their kinda DIC not a peep.
But... lets start at the Border. Courts already said wow Joe.
Then maybe look into the policies that promote and encourage systemic racism.

They have to have him sign as many as possible while he still knows his name.

There is no "Paris Climate Treaty. There is a Paris Climate Agreement. A treaty and an agreement are not the same thing. Look it up.

When SCOTUS declared the Indian Removal Act to be unconstitutional President Andrew Jackson proceeded with the infamous "Trail of Tears," AKA the American holocaust, saying "the court has made their decison. Now let them enforce it." (not an exact quote.)
Has Biden done anything that directly contravenes the court's order?

What policies? Be precise.

Is there such a law? If so does it require that such deportation be immediate, i.e., depriving such a person of his right to trial by jury? If so can you cite an instance?

Maybe he's not signing them.
Quote:
Part of my job as a pharmacist is to watch for forged doctor signatures and I am pretty sure Joe’s are forged. I suspect that he is embarrassed by his shaky signature and had his wife sign for his signature stamp used for official business. As you can see on the attachment the last three signatures are identical, indicative of a stamp, and that’s fine as long as it is his signature. Maybe that’s easier to submit to the Federal Register. Otherwise, I believe it is illegal to have someone else sign for a signature stamp that binds a legal document. I have seen the signature of doctors get shaky at the end of their careers, but never change in a single year as Joe’s purportedly has done.
If you have contact with a handwriting expert, perhaps you can have that person take a look. But look at the attachment I created, all from the public domain. Clearly, Joe has an established signature, but the last three signatures I have on the document are from separate Executive Orders that can be found online at the Federal Register. Clearly, in my opinion, they are not his signature. They look more like the signature of his wife, Jill, also on the attachment. Focus on the “B” in Biden. Perhaps an expert can offer a more definitive opinion.

There should be a law that requires the president to , not only personally sign, but read his executive orders, before he signs them. I know he doesnt actually write them, that would be too much to ask.
Last year, Biden admitted he hadn't read all of his campaign positions on his website, when a reporter asked him about one of them.

Not only read them but also understand and explain the reasoning behind them.
