This 5-year-old has both gate-speed and the services of “DD,” Dexter Dunn. I believe he’s “sitting” on this -- a “contendah.” 4 HAYMITCH has been competitive in all his recent races. This Real Artist-bred should be coming off “the tailgate.” 7 STATESMAN N has the services of Le Frelon Vert, “The Green Hornet,” Yannick Gingras. Nuff Ced! This 13-year old is a “handy” sort with lifetime earnings of nearly one-million dollars. 10 ACTING OUT is coming from “downtown.” If this Izzy Estrada-trainee can overcome his outside post (he should be out and going for the lead), he will most definitely be “in the mix.” 8 MOUNTAIN HIGH has been competitive at this level. A-Nap will need to work out a trip; yet if he does… I realize that you can’t bet every horse, but I’m tossing in a couple others if your bankroll can stand the added expense. 2 MR McDREAMY has held his own in this company. The combination of the inside post and the services of Andrew McCarthy makes this McArdle-bred worthy of consideration. Finally, 6 COACH CAL could "sneak in” and complete the pentafecta. Leon Bailey will need to work out a trip, yet a board-hitting spot in this pentafecta race is far from out of the question.
