Kudos to Ohio Standardbred horsemen

Good to see some pro-active participation in race horse transitioning. From Ohio no less where racing was dying pre-racinos. Some of the windfall being put to good use.

It's "dying" now! The 2016 published numbers tell the tale at these "Ohio racinos" and giving 0.002% is nothing vs. purses paid to the horsemen.
