Be sure to check out the quote, as well, if you are sincerely interested in knowing what their intentions seem to be.
I don't see any about this pending 'invasion' as something to be taken lightly.

How many birds you want to kill?
Coordination between State/Homeland/Commerce to create a national ID system (see passport for all). Might as well nip that infamous voter fraud in the butt while we're at it.
Increase spending with all above departments to streamline and maintain better Green Card/Visa system.
Require ALL employers to submit employment applications through said system. Think E-Verify but better and both passive and active. This is going to piss off a lot of those "Republican" farmers but **** them.
Prosecute employers and charge them with deportation and maintenance costs.
Spend some more on the border. Drones. Agents. Smart border... not this moronic wall idea.
Good enough start for you?

All the illegal ones -- figuratively speaking, of course.
Sounds like good places to start. However, "smart border" can be added to wall idea.
What do you think about planting land mines along the border? Nice low-maintenance, low-cost idea. Nothing quite like a deadly threat deterrent... The only way around that would be to airdrop foreign invaders into our country. but strategically placed radar installations should help with that option.

I'd rather just burn money than spend it on a wall...
It's stupid and doesn't do anything for the 50% of "invaders" that are actually just Visa overstays.
Glad you enjoyed it though... just what a random gun-toting, creature killing, "open borders" libtard would do...

I think a better option than either would be to infest the Rio Grande with alligators. Low cost, low maintenance. They breed and feed themselves.

Yeah...but here's the thing: You supplement the border wall with land mines, putting the wall behind the mines. That enhanced wall would pay for itself in 10 years with all that we'd save on freebie handouts. And that's providing Trump can't get a nickel from Mexico, which is highly doubtful.

I'd say it's a very good start, in general, but you're not addressing (as President) the impending problem right at the border, currently...and it IS a dire problem! They are not going to be just casually walking on in in small groups politely asking for asylum...no siree, not if their 'plan' is put into motion!!
BTW, apply #3 and #4 to horse racing Demos and Repubs, as well.
BBTW, how about dropping the sarcastic remarks, please.

The people at the border are going to apply for asylum. The overwhelming majority will be denied. They will then either;
Return Home
Stay in Mexico
Try and sneak in
That's the problem with the language and US v Them fearmongering of this President. This is NOT a crises. This is NOT a invasion.
50,000 people are denied entry EVERY month.
Stop buying what a politician is selling you... particularly one with a, at best, nuanced relationship with the truth.

Once again, you fail to get the point.
Not the first time. Not the 600th.
Keep trying, I hear 5,000th time is the charm.

pointless fear mongering??? Maybe you didn't see a very prominent Dem make a KKK and ICE comparison......

But how many of those arrive here in groups of thousands at one time?
If two people knock on your door and want entrance into your home, that's one thing. But if 10 x that number do and demand entry, you would certainly consider your home to be under invasion.

I don't have to.
POTUS agrees with me, so does the Military.
The troops are there.
The game is on.
No one cares what YOU think about it.
Or anything, really, but specifically this.
Hey, you know, you could make a lot of money by alerting ranchers that their barn doors were open, after the horses ran off.
You seem perfect for that job!
