Not surprising. I’m anxious for the graph on where we fall on diseases cured. That’s actually what really matters

Very true Chad, and once Trump gets really tough with Big Pharma, we may finally see new cures, which have been shelved for years, actually coming into existence....The days of Big Pharma buying patents of possible cures and hiding them away so they could continue pilfering the public with BS maintenance drugs, may finally be coming to an end.

Rethugs voted to repeal Obamacare almost 70 times
And now they claim the are for keeping protection for pre-exising conditions as the midterms arrive.
Lyin' SOBs
There was no rethug discussion of pre-existying conditionsb as they aimed to destroy the only existing policy that supported it.
Don't think Chumpy if he and the sick rethugs repealed it, would have curtailed big Pharma. I doubt it.
GOP Took $204 Million from Big Pharma, Insurance Giants Since 2010
Troubled Obamacare repeal plan raises new questions over special interest influence

As conservatives express frustration that the House GOP’s Obamacare reform plan doesn’t address key campaign promises opposed by Big Pharma and insurance giants, new attention is likely to be paid to the massive investments these special interests make in order to curry Republican influence on Capitol Hill.
At least McCain blocked Trump and his lyin SOBs

The mental midgetry is the official policy of the rethugs. They were hot to repeal but always come up short on replace.
Name one official replacement offered

Total control means 60 or more Senators. The Republicans have not had that since forever, the Dems had it for a very brief time under Obama and used it to pass ObamaCare. It is pointless to attempt a repeal of ObamaCare without 60 Senators.

The ACA wasn't easy to pass eiither.
It only came about because the 2 independent Senators were convinced.
Senate vote by state.
Democratic yes (58)
Independent yes (2)
Republican no (39)
Republican not voting (1)
But the rethugs major replacement was a dud, and maybe that is why no one liked it.
A side-by-side comparison of Obamacare and the GOP’s replacement plans
http://www.latimes.com/projects/la-n...macare-repeal/
The revised version of the Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA) maintains much of its original structure and intent. Like the House legislation, the Senate Republican bill introduced in June will produce major losses in insurance coverage that will mostly affect low- and moderate-income Americans, according to the CBO’s analysis of the bills. The centerpiece of the Senate bill is a series of major reductions in federal aid for poor Americans who rely on Medicaid and for consumers who currently qualify for federal subsidies to help them buy private health insurance through the Obamacare marketplace.
The CBO estimated that under the House bill, 23 million fewer people would have insurance over the next decade. The estimate is 22 million for the previous Senate version.
