unable to uninstall program

I am able to uninstall programs all except one, it says you do not have sufficient acess to uninstall ------ please contact your system admininstrator, I checked my system and I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR,
I can uninstall programs but not this one ? (windows8)

Hmm, are you trying to uninstall from Control Panel> Uninstall a program? Be advised, the true local Administrator account is disabled by default on Windows 8. What you likely have is a local user account that has admin rights -- not 100% the same as far as UAC user account control is concerned but it ought to be good enough to do what you're trying to do.

Any luck getting rid of this malware? You might check your system restore points, if you run windows update regularly I think it saves a restore point for you before applying patches. You might be able to roll back a month with that to when the system was (hopefully) clean.

I've been lurking here on PA for a long time.... usually read a couple of times per month..

Revo Uninstaller has a free download and it happens to be the best uninstaller I've used in the past ten years.

I still check out new ones from time to time but Revo is very good... and, no I don't work for them.
