I am a Nascar fan, I always thought Edwards was a jerk and someone I did not want to see win, I root for Denny Hamlin, the local guy. Amazing how much money drivers make these days. My favorite driver back when I lived by RIR in the late 70's was Lake Speed, I read an article in the local paper that he considered a year a success if he had $50k ($166k in 2016 dollars) left over after expenses. At the time he averaged around mid pack in the driver standings, those same guys make $3 mil a year these days.
