Al Leiter also got his day to plead how easy it is to throw a Minor League Baseball game. That little speech fell on deaf ears as well. Good for NJ to stand it’s ground. Recent filings by Drazin show he is going after the money the professional sports leagues put up during the third circuit battle. That money should go to NJ and I hope it does.

Feds have gotten out of control, it was nice to see them slapped a bit.

And while not a follower of law issues it feels like this was not a "narrow" ruling but as you said more broad in its message about States rights.

Maybe you can sign up for betfair or will hill accounts.

The proposed law allows out of staters to sign up as long as it’s not against state law.

Not sure what the state of New York laws allow.

I'm with you on the exchange. I loved betting the nationally televised games live on Matchbook years ago. The overreaction to a single play in football and basketball or hit in baseball would swing the odds wildly. There was a lot of money to be made betting both sides if your timing was right.

I want to be able to bet at OTB in NY.

Our local joint (Kingston, NY) had petitions for us to sign last week. They were on the third page of signatures when I signed. I'll be there Friday and Saturday this week and will see how many more they got.

If the Capitals win, it makes two champion picks in a row for me. I've been with the Caps throughout the NHL playoffs, and was on the Eagles throughout the NFL playoffs.

Couldn't get a bet down on the Super Bowl, our bookie was unavailable.

Being able to bet at OTB and play horses would be fantastic.

Just hope they don't screw with the vig too much.
(I got around the 6% OTB surcharge with an ADW account with them.)
