Well since BJ Clinton in fact committed numerous acts of treason plus countless rapes and sexual misdeeds, Marshall is correct when he said Clinton basically beat all of these crimes basically 'unscathed'.

Over/ under on when he ,ahem, "resigns"?.To, of course, spend more time with his family.
