What does any of this tax stuff have to do with policy-making?

Trump is rich. Biden is rich. I assume both of them would hire the best accountants to give them the smallest amount of taxes. Who in their right mind would pay more taxes on purpose???

Good points. And there are 2 other points that Democrat partisans will never discuss or address.

1--President Trump became rich as a private businessman and entrepreneur. Joe Biden became rich by criminally exploiting his high level government positions as Senator and VP over a 47 year career.

2--To those that say President Trump cheated on his taxes with all his deductions, well President Trump used the very IRS tax code written by politicians such as Joe Biden that made all these deductions possible.

His 2009 tax returns are readily available online. The short story is that his wildly unpopular books that he wrote prior to becoming president became must reads once he was elected president. As a good capitalist I can't find fault in his success.

Barack's Nobel prize
I have to laugh - exactly what did Obama due to deserve a Nobel literally 9 months after taking office - for representing the views of the Nobel selection committee. In other words for being a globalist.

Big time projection here.

It is I who is genuinely worried about you...should another November 2016 take hold of your soul.

Barack, along with spying in Trump,(natch), secretly paid off the Nobel Commission, knowing full well when Donald took office it would drive the moron crazy.

Dick Morris: Trump Did Not Avoid Taxes, He Prepaid Them
https://www.westernjournal.com/dick-...taxes-prepaid/

Contrary to the false impression in the New York Times story, Donald Trump did not avoid taxes. He prepaid them.

In 2016 and 2017, he requested and got an extension to file his returns. As required, he made an estimated tax payment of $1 million in 2016 and $4.2 million in 2017.

Then, it turned out that he did not owe that much in taxes, but rather than demand the money back, he let the IRS keep it and apply it to any future tax he owed.

So when he only paid $750 in taxes for the first two years of his presidency, it was because he had already overpaid during the two previous yearsand just reduced his payment by that amount.

AMT kicked in and Trump paid millions in taxes

why no mention of Joe and wife setting up a S-corp for speaking and book sales? They evaded thousands in SS and medicaire.

Nothing at all.
Tax returns, bankruptcies, all this CRAP is all the left has to offer because no democrat can compare to Trump on ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

Quote of the night last night - "I have have done more in 47 months than you have in 47 years.

That pretty much sums of hcap, mostie, horsey, Al99......

Reasonable compensation from an S-Corp receiving revenues from personal services should be nearly 100% of net income.
