Well half of them might be dead in two years, but they will still vote. Street people don't live that long.

Just adding another verified source, LA County District Attorney Jackie Lacey:

Nine Charged in Large-Scale Voter Fraud Scheme on Skid Row
http://<br /> http://da.co.la.ca.us...n_Skid_Row.pdf

Prosecutors have charged nine people with a dozen felony counts for allegedly offering money and cigarettes to homeless people on Skid Row in exchange for false and forged signatures on ballot petitions and voter registration forms, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced today.

Deputy District Attorney Marian Thompson of the Public Integrity Division said five of nine defendants are expected to be arraigned this morning in Department 30 of the Foltz Criminal Justice Center.

The charges include circulating a petition with false names; use of false names on a petition; voter fraud, registering a fictitious person; and voter fraud, registering a nonexistent person.

And you know...I actually feel sorry for these poor homeless folks who probably have nothing more than the shirt on their back, are prone to be uninformed or misinformed, low-information people, generally. And then comes along some compassionate, tolerant, intellectually and morally-superior social justice warriors (no doubt) to prey on some of the weakest and most vulnerable in our society by bribing them with nickle and dime merchandise to commit felonies. And now these people will probably spend time in jail, while the vile, despicable, bottom-feeding swamp creatures ultimately responsible skate home unscathed and free as a bird -- that is to say...until they meet their Maker.

LOL. did you ever read the article the OP posted.

"State officials said petition signature scams aren’t widespread in California, but Joseph said they do pop up from time to time on skid row."

Not widespread. that is the key phrase.

Thanks for reinforcing my central point about these people being among the weakest and most vulnerable in our nation.

It's no wonder at all that dimwits love having these kinds of people around to use, manipulate and exploit as they see fit.

That is 99% of them. I used to work a block away at 8th and Central in the early 80's. Pretty sure it hasn't improved, lots of break ins. The homeless will steal anything that isn't tied down.
