Question: where to source Equipment and Medication prior to start of race

I use DRF CSV files for past results which contain the Equipment and Medication labels for a given runner. These seem to match up with the labels you'd find if you look at one of the DRF result pdfs on the DRF website. However, I cannot find accurate labels in any of the data sources that I use for entries prior to the start of a race - primarily scraping Twin Spires and/or DRF.

For example, GG Race 9 on 11-18-2018, runner Acrimonious. The DRF result chart shows both equipment and medication (https://www1.drf.com/drfPDFChartRace...=20181118&RN=9), but the entry chart shows just medication (https://www.drf.com/race-entries/tra...ate/11-18-2018). I've looked at the actual underlying data supporting the latter page for DRF. It includes an "equipment" field for each runner, but it's empty. Anyone know where I can source this data prior to a race (hopefully without purchasing another data plan)? Thanks in advance!

To the best of my knowledge --

--The following data points can almost always be found in the past performance data files offered by most of the Equibase licensed providers (HDW, DRF, Brisnet, TrackMaster) on race day:

medication

blinkers

--Even though there are fields for some of the following in the Equibase data, the following data points are almost always missing from the data on race day:

front wraps

nasal strip

tongue tie

hot patches

martingale, cornell collar, etc.

shoe type (jar caulk, bend, bar shoe, etc.)

--Note that some of these additional data points do get announced on race day. (For example NYRA frequently announces which horses are wearing quarter inch bends.)

--That said, if you really want to use these (and other) additional data points:

You'll need to compile the info yourself.

What are the quickest ways that you find and compile those "additional" data points?....Just looking for extra tools to find....Always on the search for possible edges, if they prove to be useful.....Thanks.

I've had to compile it myself from video. (Wish there was some alternate reliable source but haven't found one.)
