Admission - the track will give me passes and for the boxes - free!
Parking - General parking is free
Local hotels/motels - not sure about that cost. Best bet is an internet search around Arlington Heights, IL. Anything within a half hour (though stay in the suburbs, away from the city, if you want to keep the cost down). A number of folks found places last year . Maybe they will chime in where. I know a couple stayed at a Holiday Inn aboiut 10 minutes away but not sure where others stayed. lots of options

Guest(s) - absolutely - the more people we have, the better!

Hope you can join us!

I would love to attend, but I get back from some overseas travel around midnight on Saturday. Definitely looking forward to later in the summer/next year.

Jon, I wish I could say for sure, but right now the best I can do is to say, "I'm 50/50."

I'll be at the track on the 22nd with a group of at least 10 from our office. We'll be sitting outside in the canopy tables off the main concourse. I'll stop by to say hello to whomever shows up that day, but I won't be needing any admission or seating.

I know there are others interested. I am wondering if this year's outing may just be formally scheduled for the Saturday. If there a few folks who want to hook up Fri andor Sun (I do!) I will arrange that as well.
Please let me know your intentions so I can get a sense of how many boxes/tix we need.

I will be there for every day of the get-together...but -- since I won't bring a laptop with -- I'll be sitting inside at the simulcast center...so I won't need further seating accommodations.

Current attendees as I have it (all for Fri & Sat plus dinner as far as I know except ArlJim78):

Me (Fri - assuming my flight is not very delayed, else I could be a bit late)
Thaskalos
Illinoisbred
Tbwinner
GoforGin
Stuball (?)
JoeyP (?) and guest (?)
Helles (50/50)
ArlJm78 (will be there Sat with work colleagues)

My suspiscion is there are more folks...please let me know. !!!

We will figure out dinner, etc based on final numbers.

With a smaller group this year I expect this will facilitate a bit more handicapping discussion of the day's races.

I will be there this weekend for a short while and will try to talk to Jessica to see if she can stop by again. Not sure if we will have other guests. But will still be fun!

FYI I have told the AP folks - 1 box for Fri and 2 for Sat. I think that will work.

I will be joining the group for Saturday racing. Looking forward to it.
As of now I will not be going to dinner with you all on Saturday evening.
