You do realize a single person working 4 part time jobs counts as 4 people in the work place, that is something that can severely distort the job numbers.
The lady who now works a couple days a week frying up and selling the chicken and wedge cut fries at the local country store looks like she is pushing 80. Someone coming out of retirement to work time is another "created job". That makes job numbers look good when the good numbers could be a negative.
