maybe for gunshot wound or car accident, but they will never do a heart transplant, knee replacement or cancer treatment for a uninsured 'walk-in' without the cash up front
I had a neighbor with lots of kids, after one had a fever for 3 days she decided it was time to call for an ambulance on a Saturday at 11 pm....
there is no Trumpcare and the CEOs need to get paid millions to be competitive with their industry....

When I lived in NYC I knew of lots of uninsured people that got cancer treatment.
Lincoln, Jacoby and North Central Bx hospital will treat you whether or not you pay your bill.
It's people with jobs & insurance that have problems getting treatment, because insurance companies
may refuse to pay and/or workers sometimes can't afford the deductibles and co-payments.
I know one illegal alien here in Texas that got a liver transplant last year. BTW, Before the liver transplant he was deported 5 times.

I have an employee without insurance who just had a heart valve replaced twice. The first surgery failed and they did it all again two days later.
He had an Obamacare policy for two years, with a 6k deductible that paid nothing basically so he dropped it. He decided not to enroll in our company plan and 7 months later he had the heart problem. He’s 37.
Memorial Herman here in Houston never skipped a beat (get it) because he didn’t have insurance. They just did it

It is like people are immune to actually talking about reality.
We are the fattest, unhealthiest, diabetic "modern" country on the planet. We keep more people alive than any other country combined.
Our health costs are rising through the roof because we are keeping really sick people alive. And behind them, we are breeding more fat, unhealthy people to replace them.
This isn't rocket science.
Mother Nature has weeded out the weak for millions of years. Thousands of years for us humans.
We've interrupted that cycle because we're "smart", and genetic malfunctions are allowed to move on to future generations to breed more sick people.
8 billion people are on this planet. I'm starting to believe a world-wide plague may well wipe us out.

Such smart forward thinking that it needed continual and needed future funds that had to be approved by future Presidents, be them Democrat or Republican.

Obamacare is shit. This is a needed move in a direction to get our pile of crap congress to actually put together a plan that might work. Sure, it is a pipe dream, but anything other than Ocrapcare or Berniecare is worth the risk of trying to go after.

Those funds were never appropriated, and House Republicans filed suit against the Obama administration to stop making those payments. That suit is still pending in court. This administration has been making the payments, but now says it will stop because they are illegal.
