Biden's going to Israel...what could go right?
https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/16/polit...sit/index.html
Quote:
President Joe Biden will make an extraordinary wartime visit to Israel this week as he seeks to demonstrate staunch support for the country as it works to eliminate Hamas while also pressing for ways to ease humanitarian suffering in Gaza.
The dueling objectives, spelled out by his top diplomat Monday evening, bring with them significant risks for the president as he works to prevent the crisis in the Middle East from widening.
Aides said Biden had expressed a strong interest in making the journey after being invited over the weekend by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whom Biden has known for four decades. He spent Monday deliberating over the trip at the White House with his top national security and intelligence advisers.

Troubling. I’m guessing they have internal polling that he cannot win Ohio

He's a bumbling stumbling clown. That alone would be a deterrence from the dire situation there.

Rumor has it that it took 7 hours of arm twisting by Blinken to persuade the Israelis to host a visit by the dementia patient

I believe it. They're into serious business, they shouldn't have to host some phony photo ops and meaningless drivel just for marketing purposes back home.
If he really wanted to "work to prevent the crisis in the Middle East from widening," he'd sack all the top level national security advisors and state dept goons and replace them with just about anyone else. But he's not allowed to do that.

About 2,000 U.S. troops told to prepare for deployment in response to Israel-Hamas war
The troops wouldn't necessarily go to Israel or Gaza but would likely arrive in a nearby country, a defense official told NBC News.
With boots on the ground I think that it is a choice for me to back off the subject.

War with Iran has been a dream for many for quite some time now....remember this not too long ago?
Remember Trump on tape talking about the classified docs?
It's all in our faces but many just want to ignore:

Hard to top this observation:

Seriously, what geopolitical genius decided that it’s a great idea to send the President of the United States, even a fake and unelected one, into an active war zone?

Not to mention, a senile one.

I'm guessing this trip will cost the taxpayers around 18 Billion. Every time he travels, it is the same thing, more money spent.
