9th Circuit Court

The Republicans have started the process of breaking up this nutty court into two divisions. This court overlooks 20 percent of the US population and 40 percent of the the land mass. It is way too big.

Their ruling is supposed to come down in about 45 minutes. Then we can bring out the sledge hammers to break the nuts.

What is really sad is that if there is a terror attack involving someone from one of those countries Trump will get the blame, not the 9th court. Why, because Trump antagonized the situation which made an otherwise non violent Muslim decide to take revenge.

It's a fairly amazing result. The executive branch has a lot of leeway in determining immigration policy and if there was any doubt, the legislative branch weighed in twice giving broad authority to the executive.

I have to assume this is a consequence of the incredibly dumb statements made by Trump during the campaign about banning Muslims and Giuliani about framing an order that would ban Muslims and pass constitutional muster.

That and the rush job cutting out national security agency input.

Rookie error. Hope for all our sakes the doofus has a learning curve.

Exactly right.

Wouldn't it be great if the Supreme Court voted 8-0 to uphold?

Disagree! The 9th Circus does not care about the law or even look at it, that is why they get overruled all the time. The most political court in the land. So your saying the the court disregarded the law in this case and went on the word of a couple of people. That should scare the hell out of everyone.

He's been the same dipshit and malignant clown for the past 35 years, so don't hold your breath

It would be greater if the administration simply withdrew a deeply flawed EO and ran a new one through the regular process of review by our national security agencies for an alleged national security decision.

But if you're afraid the answer won't be one you like, then you press on.

Yes, the 9th circus has the dubious honor of being the most overturned appellate court in the land.

Just a speed bump. Peddle will be pushed thru the floor to pull the dead weight along.
