Hillary Clinton defended a child rapist, and won

Hillary Rodham Clinton often invokes her "35 years of experience making change" on the campaign trail, recounting her work in the 1970s on behalf of battered and neglected children and impoverished legal-aid clients.

But there is a little-known episode Clinton doesn't mention in her standard campaign speech in which those two principles collided. In 1975, a 27-year-old Hillary Rodham, acting as a court-appointed attorney, attacked the credibility of a 12-year-old girl in mounting an aggressive defense for an indigent client accused of rape in Arkansas - using her child development background to help the defendant.

Classy dame.
Too bad we don't have a reputable press in this country.
They would be vetting her.
Instead of campaigning for her.

New Wikileaks emails appear to show coordination between the Hillary campaign and a major Soros PAC. Such coordination is illegal.

Illegal?

What does that matter?
You think the US is a nation of laws or something?
A civilized country?

More from Wikileaks. Hillary's press secretary Brian Fallon:

Quote:
Circling back around on guns as a follow up to the Friday morning discussion: the Today show has indicated they definitely plan to ask bout guns, and so to have the discussion be more of a news event than her previous times discussing guns, we are going to background reporters tonight on a few of the specific proposals she would support as President – universal background checks of course, but also closing the gun show loophole by executive order and imposing manufacturer liability.
People who don't understand that there is no such thing as a gun show loophole should not be involved in gun control policy.

And if the feds can impose manufacturer liability on legal, properly functioning guns, why not on knives? Or booze? Or cars?

Ah, the executive order.
That is the democrats version of the Brown Shirts - a way to makes law while by-passing the duly elected law makers, the representative of the people. Like OBama, Hillary has no real support for her agenda. So she needs to ignore the will of the country.

That is what fascist dictators do.
And kill people. nut Hillary has had that covered for decades.
Obama uses drone.

Both no better than the SS they are modeled after.

But Hillary hates the SS.

Oh, you didn't mean the Secret Service there, did you? Never mind.

What do you think the odds are that this Hillary video somehow gets lost or bleach bit before Election Day?

My question is, "When did she do this?" The case never went to trial. Therefore there would have been no chance to influence a jury and what jury would have been anything but disgusted by such an attempt.

The D.U.G. post does say the statement was made in an affidavit which had been signed by Hillary D. Rodham. An affidavit is a written statement of facts made under oath before a person authorized to receive such a statement. The client makes such a statement, not the attorney. The attorney will sign the statement as a witness to the fact that the affidavit was properly executed; not as an affirmation of anything in the affidavit.

Clearly what happened here was that the rapist, in trying to justify his actions, made those disgusting claims himself.

Quotes from HRC from the afferdavit ( emphasis is mine)

Quote:
I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing,” Clinton, then named Hillary D. Rodham, wrote in the affidavit. “I have also been informed that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body. Also that she exhibits an unusual stubbornness and temper when she does not get her way.”
Clinton also wrote that a child psychologist told her that children in early adolescence “tend to exaggerate or romanticize sexual experiences,” especially when they come from “disorganized families, such as the complainant.”

The victim vigorously denied Clinton’s accusations and said there has never been any explanation of what Clinton was referring to in that affidavit. She claims she never accused anyone of attacking her before her rape.
“I’ve never said that about anyone. I don’t know why she said that. I have never made false allegations. I know she was lying,” she said. “I definitely didn’t see older men. I don’t know why Hillary put that in there and it makes me plumb mad.”

If there is not any record or evidence to add credibility to Hillary's statements - then one can assume she lied. By her own taped admission, she knew her client was guilty. A tireless fighter for children indeed.
