What's with American Turf
Maybe if this is placed here American Turf will answer their customers who purchased the Taulbot 3.0 Pace Computer Software. I see many customers we're led to believe that the software would run with Windows 7 with the added caution it must be a 32Bit O/S. Well for the number of complaints on the web and the odd one on this site it seems that this is not the case and ATM will not return e-mails or calls concerning this. Just to check I called ATM and asked if the software works with Windows 7 and was told yes but only in 32 Bit exactly as the people complaining said ATM would say. This sounds as if they will say anything to sell a product and not back it up.

One would think that v3.0 would run on WIN 7 64 bit, as I have v1.1 running on a 64 bit quad core with WIN 7, and it runs flawlessly.

I have sent three emails to ATM over the last few weeks and never once did anyone answer. I will never purchase another product from them. I don't believe that a company would treat their customers this way.
I have no idea as to how to get to anyone there that cares.
Customer Service will make or break a company faster than anything i can think of......so long ATM.

Windows 7 home doesnt run .Net products either.
Whatever the publisher has saddled you folks with comes only after microsoft shafted all us developers with a shoddy product. again. (windows 7 home )
Windows 7 Pro/Premium/Ultimate might work better ... is this the issue ?

While not ideal, if you have a copy of Windows XP you can use, you can install Virtualbox in Windows 7 and then install Win XP within Virtualbox and then install & run the Taulbot program.

Especially with horseplayer's, a dual boot system of XP & Seven may be what is ideal. I am looking to replace a older laptop (have 2) and intend to to do this myself.

Before I decided to go Win 7 and use Virtualbox, I dual booted XP and Win 7
without a problem. Certainly another alternative.

Still no answer to the question. What's with American Turf?

Win7 64 Bit and Taulbot
I am running Win 7 64 bit and Pace Computer works fine. Put it in Programs x86 folder. I also run it from a thumb drive. If neither works, provided you still have a copy of windows xp - download VMPlayer - this will allow you to install Windows XP on the Win 7 machine. That way you can run both operating systems.

64 Bit and Pace Computer 3.0
Out of curiosity, I went to ATM site and read their ad for the computer software. The last paragraph says that it is "not for 64 bit".
