No.

It was dismissed with prejudice which means no appeals on those grounds.

Pretty remarkable that a Republican Federalist Society Judge tossed this thing on its ass... viciously... and you folks still think there is "there" there.

So now a Republican Federalist Society Judge who is a longtime and well-known Republican in PA is a Progressive?

Talk about trying to say green is yellow and twist reality to your agenda.

Surely you must feel foolish.

Boxcar and I wagered on the outcome of this election. He was to never post on this board again if Trump lost, and vice versa.

Guess he is grasping at real flimsy straws as the end of his tenure draws nigh.
Assuming he honors our bet.

Over, under?

Too bad the courts didn't use that logic when putting their stamp of approval on Affirmative Action law, which by its nature is discriminatory.

Furthermore, the U.S. Constitution provides a remedy for the emergency situations like this. The good judge should keep his nose out of fictional monster books and pay more attention to reality.

He's not he only Republican judge to come to this conclusion with Trumps' legal team batting 0/30.

Actually, I don't.

Trump campaign statement on Pennsylvania ruling

“Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.

"We will be seeking an expedited appeal to the Third Circuit. There is so much evidence that in Pennsylvania, Democrats eliminated our opportunity to present 50 witnesses and other evidence that election officials blatantly ignored Pennsylvania’s law denying independent review. This resulted in 682,777 ballots being cast illegally, wittingly or unwittingly. This is just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know.

"We are disappointed we did not at least get the opportunity to present our evidence at a hearing. Unfortunately the censorship continues. We hope that the Third Circuit will be as gracious as Judge Brann in deciding our appeal one way or the other as expeditiously as possible. This is another case that appears to be moving quickly to the United States Supreme Court.”

You liberals would be a laugh-a-minute if you weren't such pitifully pathetic fools. My initial gut feeling last night was right. The good PA judge is a liberal, an Obama-appointee, as Giulani pointed out.

Maybe if Giuliani had a better case, it wouldn't matter who appointed the judge. The Judge asked Giuliani

""You're alleging that the two individual plaintiffs were denied the right to vote. But at bottom, you're asking this court to invalidate more than 6.8 million votes, thereby disenfranchising every single voter in the Commonwealth. Could you tell me how this result could possibly be justified?"

Chris Christie echoed this statement today:

"They allege fraud outside the courtroom, but when they go inside the courtroom, they don't plead fraud and they don't argue fraud,"
