Might be surprising to some on here, but I totally agree with you Tom. When the Mitchell Report broke, everyone asked me about this because they know I am a big baseball fan and an even bigger fan of Clemens.

I told them I cannot support Clemens and his best bet would be to just keep his mouth shut, stay in Texas and avoid any interviews.

I am steadfast Clemens fan and supporter but there is no way I can "spin" this to see his innocence.

It is deja vu all over again, since I was a big Pete Rose fan (my favorite growing up with his crew cut and running hard to first on walks), then with the All Star game massacre and the betting on baseball as Manager, his reputation also became mud!

I have to also admit I loved the blackjack joke!

I could actually accept the adultery but 15!

He may have just screwed himself right out of any more time in baseball with that one.
