tvg in penn for all now?

ok i tried for years to join tvg but i live within 35 miles from pocono downs and havent been able to. today i saw a promo on tvg for pa bettors only and it said in fine print ALL ZIP CODES???? does that mean im good now??

anyone close to tracks in penn able to join lately?

I thought TVG was "PA Bets" for Pennsylvania residents.

Did anyone ever figure out how many PA residents live within 35 miles of a racetrack? It has got to be a large percentage of the total population of the state. IMO this is a horribly crafted rule, even more so today than when it went into effect - live attendance at PA tracks, except for a few big days per year, is moribund. So obviously this measure failed if its stated purpose was to get more people in the door at the racetracks. And my understanding of the rule is that it's 35 miles as the crow flies, which could easily equate to a 40-50 mile road trip to the track.

they ended the rule in last few weeks, i was able to join and im close to pocono downs,,, but since i joined originally in 2016 that made a longtime customer lol

never could use it but the new player promos they have im not eligible for,,crazy eh
