As usual you got everything wrong. Breyer is not throwing in the towel, he is retiring. He’s not doing it during a dimwit administration, he’s doing it during a Democratic Administration. The dimwit administration was the previous one-the Trump administration.

Gotta admit: It will make for great photo-ops. Biden probably figures that between the optics and all the honey-dripping speeches, it would kill off half of the conservative population by acute nausea.
