The above link you can find on Wednesday's (Happy Valley) and Sunday's (Sha Tin) and sometimes are posted the day before

The Initial Tip Index is like an odds-like figure which the lower the number the higher the tipsters like the specific horse and the Race Day Tip Index is how the horses are rated on the day of the races

For example

1 11.0
2 23.5
3 3.1
4 2.5
5 9.0

#4 would be the top tipped horse followed by the #3 #5 #1 #2

I've never played HK. So it looks like you should focus your bets on the top two choices. Using R6 as an example, to win $49.50 HKD, do you have to bet $10 HKD? Thks.
