A robot in dish land would bring unbridled joy to any kitchen!
Dish is a crap job and the hardest to keep staffed in any restaurant.
We feed them for free, let them smoke whenever they want, help them kill that massive stack of dishes (esp at the end of the night), give them a free cocktail after the shift...and they still walk...or no-show

Yep.......I used to pay them more than anybody else but that didn’t work ..........they just showed up drunk more often
