Got it.

ps. your list of "Republicans" is God-awful

Mitt Romney...

Remember all the bad things you said about MITT when he was running against Obama? Oh yeah...you forgot about all that stuff.
I mean real Republicans in the tradition of Lincoln. T. Roosevelt and Eisenhower. Can you imagine what those men would have done if they knew they were part of a party with Lauren Boebert. Matt Gaetz and Rand Paul.

Article 1 Section 3

The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.

Nothing there about unless they are voting to confirm a Supreme Court Justice. It’s simple and straight forward. If there is a tie, the Vice President breaks it.

The Supremes would not even hear a case like that and neither would any other court. Separation of Powers

Who the hell is Lauren Boebert? I'm a registered Republican and I've never heard of that name...except on here...twice...from LIBERALS...

They would embrace Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz and Rand Paul.

And they will disavow those in the Lincoln Project an organization that is run by Republican anti-Trump operatives that regularly sexually abused young boys.

In 2018, Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh on July 9 three weeks before Anthony Kennedy’s retirement date. It happens all the time.
Right after that the Democrats dug up Dr. Ford to start their smear campaign against Kavanaugh.
