One of many drug issues he has, maybe in context more serious ones than baffert. The idea was to protect the sport for the immediate suspension before any licensing bodies had ruled. I said the same thing during the Hollendorfer case. Bring the hammer, but lets do it the right way, and fix the sport, what is happening here doesnt fix anything.

That's a valid point and hopefully HISA will do just that when it takes control next summer. I don't think they're going ot play favorites, which is the problem now. Everyone is going to be under the same rules.

yea, think i read the average field size dropped below 7 for the last couple weeks. thats, um, not good.

I dont know what the answer is, maybe the window has been missed and there really is no answer. Like trying to keep the Titantic from sinking once the fatal design flaw was realized.
