It's NJBets. They always seem to have issues of some kind on big race days.

Any particular race? I'm seeing it for those I've checked.

I don't see those either. I'l forward it on. I'm sure they'll show up once the card goes final but they should be there now.

NjBets/TVG site never did offer the condensed print outs. I sent an e-mail regarding my frustration and waste of time and money. I do thank you CJ for helping with Aqueduct and Gulfstream today but am concerned if tomorrow is going to be the same problem. I, like everyone and their brother, plan to take a shot at the Rainbow mandatory payout tomorrow but makes me wonder if I should waste my $$ again.

Buy right from TFUS- never a problem there.
I always printout the condensed, and also the full card, so I have the pace figs as well to look at for race shapes.

Tom - I use NJbets/TVG because I have an account and I just deduct the cost from there. I did get a response from them and they said that they are only the host and I had to take up the matter with equibase because they provide the TFUS data. I am now waiting to hear from them and see who they blame.

We had the same problem with PA Bets. I've brought this to the tech team's attention and it should be fixed soon. Equibase isn't involved here.

Thanks CJ. I did hear back from equibase in regards to getting reimbursed for my purchase. They said they had inquiries on Friday about the same issue some where else and they are looking into it. The NJBets site has had problems in the past and I can remember one time when it was because one of the techs hit the wrong button on a test run during an upgrade.
