Any suggestions which site would bet best suited fot this play?

on -6/17/2022 lost all 9 races at Belmont, then went on to win 25 on the next 37 races for a 1.29 dollar return.

That sounds great, but a flat bet on the top two favorites returned $1.12 on the dollar.
