Didn’t stop on his own like I thought he might.

Was really impressed with gronkowski. Came up the inside and tipped out and ran on. Every horse that tried that today floundered

Fabulous horse. The Preakness was far from a weak effort no matter what people tried to make of it. It may have been his best of the three in my opinion.

He certainly had a right to be tired at the end of the Preakness

Hail the CHAMP!
The game is saved!
What a body of work for his first 6 races!

CJ, I agree - the Preakness showed me his class.
When he took off at the top of the stretch in that one, he looked like the scene in Lord of the Rings, where the Nazgil are chasing the Elf carrying Frodo to her father, her horse looked to the side to see the other horses and just kind of did a shuffle step and drew away. That was it for me.

All those trophies on the table in the winner's circle, it looks like a HOT BUFFET!

Nice for Mike, too - they guy wins a TC at 52!

That's a great analogy. I wasn't even concerned Justy might lose for a minute. Nail biting for the rest of the horses tho. Gronski had me scared for a bit he was on all my tickets lol

That guy reverse mushed him right to a Triple Crown. That was a Hall of Fame bad opinion and then he doubled down on it.

Completely agree. IMO his Preakness race was his best coming into today.

Happy he won. Had Justify Hofburg in the Gold Cup/Belmont double. Would have won more with Hofburg but not life changing so was rooting for Justify 100%
