The Nation is a progressive new source. They are reporting that new investigations by a former NSA expert are ruling out the DNC being hacked by Russians. It was actually a leak by an insider.

As to the articlle itself, it offers no evidence that this was not a Russian hack beyond the belief that forensic evidence suggested it could not be. I would think that government agencies investigating this also considered this and came to an opposite conclusion.
