I understand that I am not out of the contest because I have not bet enough races to date. I should point out that the words: "Players are allowed a maximum of 30 races" as stated in the rules is by no means the same as stating that players must play at least 30 races. In fact, that statement is the exact opposite in that it states the maximum plays, not the minimum plays. Good skill to all the remaining participants.

I think the statement you mentioned above was removed by Jay at the beginning of the contest as it as it could be interpreted the wrong way IF you did not see the OBJECTIVES and RULE #2 below.

I'm out also...but it was my own fault. Read Wed through Sunday. So my thinking was I had 15 plays this week to reach 30. But it does say contest ends April 21st, So my bad. Good luck to everyone else.

My error. I should have read the rules each and every day, instead of reading them at the beginning of the contest. BTW, in your synopsis, you left out one important rule that "nailed" me: One may only play 3 races per day.

It's fixed. You have reached the minimum mandatory race requirement. Now you have 4 more races of your own choosing.

Just a clarification (a restatement, actually): as I am the sponsor of this contest, I am ineligible for any of the prizes, neither the overall cash prizes nor the RDSS bonus cash prizes. I still am playing for PACS points

So - please consider that when making your wagering strategies for the final 2 days. Best of luck - and skill - for those still in the hunt!

Hello FunkyMonkey,

I found the error. I listed the scratch and credited your bankroll, but did not change the race indicator back from 1 (for played races) to 0. I now show you at 24 total races (prior to any activity on Friday).

Brian O'Rourke was originally shown to be ineligible, but his picks for Friday (04/20) were found on a different thread. Everything else regarding his selections was valid, so he has been placed back on the Standings sheet in the appropriate position.
