Blacktype vs. Listed Stakes

What's the difference between the two?

I think the two main differences are:

1. Black type has a minimum purse of $50K (or more if a new race). Listed minimum is $75K.

2. Black type has a minimum quality score based on speed figures. Listed status is based on the Graded Stakes Committee's evaluation of multiple quality factors.

Listed stakes should generally be higher quality than non-Listed black type stakes races.
