Quite a stunning reversal.

Imagine all the trouble that could have been saved by just having the common sense I and many others were espousing from the start of this "pandemic."

I liked the side story on that page about the defund police supporter politician complaining about the cops not investigating someone who keeps throwing crap in her yard. See describes him as a 5'4" Asian man.

They will APPEAL the ruling, since it is not their money anyway and they do not want to lose control.

Looking back I find it utterly ridiculous Novak Djokovic could not play in the US Open because of the vaccine mandate.

CBSNews.com | August 25, 2022 / 12:11 PM / AP
Novak Djokovic, unvaccinated against COVID-19, out of U.S. Open:
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/us-tenn...-unvaccinated/

Quote:
Novak Djokovic will not play in the U.S. Open, as expected, because he is not vaccinated against COVID-19 and thus is not allowed to travel to the United States. Djokovic announced his withdrawal from the year's last Grand Slam tournament on Twitter on Thursday, hours before the draw for the event was revealed.
The irony here?

The US Open made the following announcement on their website:
https://www.usopen.org/en_US/content...nd_safety.html

Quote:
Please be aware that, based on recent guidance from local governmental authorities, at this time, ticket holders will no longer be required to show proof of COVID vaccination for admission into the US Open. We will provide you with updates if there are any changes concerning vaccination status.
Imo, Djokovic should have traveled to northern Mexico and waded across the Rio Grande.

Great logic, keep a wealthy world class athlete out of your country who will drop some coin here, and let unvaccinated tax payer burdens flood in by the thousands a day.

"Our", leave me out of it. Most of the damage was done by Democrats like Gavin Newsome, but a few Republicans hurt their state's economy also, like dumbass Larry Hogan of Maryland. He was having state police forcibly shut down self serve car washes. Newsome did the most damage by far helping to tank the economy, that is what took out Trump. If the economy stayed robust, Trump is re-elected easily.Trump took a hit for what Gavin Newsome had a big hand in.
