That is why something like IP Logger can help this cause for Dave
Find the IP address in the link from IP Logger to find our guy and find the (possible) user here and bingo case solved

There's always vpns... I get the feeling Dave knows exactly who's responsible. What goes around always comes around. The person who's targeting Dave will ultimately pay... one way or another. That's just how life works.

By resolved, I am certainly not suggesting any sort of compromise. Seeing him off to jail and winning a lawsuit would be the sort of resolution I had in mind.
