Hearsay evidence applies in court. When a person’s liberty is at stake. It does. Not apply here. Second, there are exceptions to the hearsay rule that apply here.

Try to pay attention. The order was given by the head of the President’s Secret Service detail. He has that power under the law.
The issue is not that particular order. The issue is a president of the United States being so out of control that he tries to grab the steering wheel and control the car. So out of control in another instance that he threw his lunch against the wall.

In this country, imagine sitting in a court room, having been charged with something like grand theft and only the prosecution is allowed to be there to bring the case against you? Isn't that precisely what is happening with this J-6 lopsided, accusatory committee?
I wonder how AG Merrick B. Garland will justify prosecuting President Trump, while knowing full well that hearsay testimony is ALWAYS unreliable?
