Your wrong... they based their decisions on the Constitutionality of the Law. As they should in all cases.
I don't agree with them allowing The Briben Administration to stop Remain In Mexico... but it's Constitutionally correct. Notice you did not call a foul on that one. Now we just need to get Joe to uphold his Constitutional Duty to protect and defend our borders as vigorously as he does for foreign lands in Europe. 6 months and counting till Joe's feet gets held to the fire.
Back on point... we take the good with the bad as long as it's Constitutional. Unlike the howling Dipshits you belong to.
Can't wait for the aniti bureaucratic ruling to spread thru the land... and rein in their unconstitutional power parade.

Exactly, the congressional arm of our government is no longer functional. And now a questionable SCOTUS .... we just need the brilliant demoncrats write executive orders that are vague enough the swamp can make their own rules and laws.
And bankrupt the opposition by endless baseless investigations and charges ....
The GREEN NEW DEAL is great if you are wealthy and do not care about millions that will DIE from the results of the 'regulations'.

they also ruled EPA cannot for trucks to put all that def bs and climate control nonsense on trucks as they never went rhough congress so there is no law, it only took 12 or 13 yrs. I wonder if truckers can file suit against epa for any money lost, fines, ans anything else that cost them because of this, like had to sale truck cause its to old to go into cali, or has to purchase all that def bs. or fined because you drive a def deleted truck (mines deleted).
