Racing doesn't really care.
They slap wrists and wink and nod a lot, but racing just doesn;t care about anyone but big $$$ sources.

This guy should never be allowed on a track ever again.

I played his horses like he cheated and I'm pretty sure I collected some nice exactas I shouldn't have.
