Make America Clean Again

The anti-littering public service campaign of the 60's and 70's featuring the poignant "Crying Indian" and the humorous "Phil D Basket" pretty much eradicated littering as a civic concern, but now it seems to be returning as a public nuisance. In my neck of the woods, I'm noticing an increase in roadside litter, particularly Gatorade and beer containers. I wonder what the source might be?

Have to keep an area well-groomed, cut grass, some friendly signs and some fine-signs...

People see an unkempt area they become slovenly

exponentially so, if there is already trash or graffiti etc...

No denials accepted.

Gonna be fun seeing some of the corporate welfare recipients out there on those road crews, too.

Foxconn execs out there, etc.
