Game Winner and Master Fencer looks like good long shot possibilities to me..
I wonder what the odds will be.

I would think Game Winner will be the favorite. No works on equibase so far so would think we would need to see one soon or he is probably not running

Baffert said he had lost some weight after the Derby, so that was 3 weeks ago, no works. not a good sign, and likely not a good bet either if he goes.

Baffert announced today Game Winner is skipping the Belmont in favor of the Travers.

The Peter Pan seemed to go in a fast time. Would think the top 2-3 finishers would fit well in the Belmont

GW ran a monster race in the Derby which was his 3rd big race in a row. Looks like this race took a lot out of several other horses too who may not race for some time, if ever.

The raw times were excellent, though I don't know how fast the track was that day. Anybody know what any of the figure makers gave the top finishers? The pace seemed solid so I'm especially interested in how the race came up for CJ.

Yes, he has a very similar dosage profile to a horse like Tacitus, who only has 1 solid point in his DP, pretty much the same CD.

Global Campaign is out of Curlin/Globe Trot; Tacitus from Tapit and Close Hatches

Anyone know those mares well?
